Group Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Crewe
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Rate: £12.98 per hour
Key Duties
1. Defining, implementing and managing a ‘proof of delivery’ process, to ensure that all goods supplied into Retail are receipted by customers.
2. Utilising various customer portals, and agreeing a process for challenge, significantly reducing the quantity of claims.
3. Documenting via SOPs, working with Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to maximise performance.
4. Supporting customer services with despatching.
5. Performing other administrative tasks for Supply Chain function.
Key Skills Required
1. Calmness under pressure, initiative and a self-starter.
2. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong numerical reasoning and data literacy.
5. Effective communication skills for liaising with partners and internal teams.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
7. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
8. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
