Part-time Role
Position: Meetings and Events Planner
Basic Salary: £21,000
Working Hours: 21 hours per week with no set working days. However, you must be able to work on a Monday.

The venue offers a range of meeting, conference, dining and event spaces as well as services supporting virtual and hybrid events.
Your role as Meetings and Events Planner will be to ensure that events are administered, planned and handed over to the operations team to deliver the service on the day to the highest standards.
Working alongside the Senior Internal Social Meetings and Events Planner you will be an integral part of a busy team liaising with the President and CEO's office, head of professional governance and other senior College Officers.
As the Meetings and Events Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of internal bookings and the college social events, including key annual events, lectures, dinners, receptions and ceremonial events.
You will also be one of the main points of contact for any college Fellows and Members wishing to book personal events.
