Deputy Manager - Supported Living - Mental Health

£30,000 - £36,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Service Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
2. Provide direct care and support to service users.
3. Supervise and guide care staff to deliver person-centred care.
4. Collaborate with health professionals and external agencies for comprehensive client support.
5. Conduct risk assessments and audits on properties, medication, and finances.
6. Approve staff rotas, leaves, and oversee timesheets and payroll.
7. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) or willingness to pursue qualifications.
2. Proven experience in Mental Health care services.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
Desirable Qualities:
1. Empathy and understanding of Mental Health care needs.
2. Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
3. Awareness of Health and Safety standards.
