About the role
As Ticketing Supervisor you will support the Ticketing Manager in delivering a top-tier ticketing service at Becketwell Live.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the rota for the Box Office Casual Team.
2. Provide cover for the Ticketing Manager during their absence.
3. Manage correspondence, both written and electronic, and ensure appropriate responses and dissemination to relevant teams.
4. Sell tickets and reconcile daily cash takings, investigating any discrepancies.
5. Be present at designated concerts and events, liaising with the public, promoters, and other departments.
6. Handle general administrative duties, including the collation of weekly sales figures.
7. Provide sales information to promoters, visiting companies, producers, or their representatives as needed.
8. Duty manage the Box Office during events, including managing ticket allocations and preparing ticketing settlements for clients.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Exceptional written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer care.
3. Proven ability in sales with high levels of customer service.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
5. Experience using event ticketing systems is preferred.
