Who we are: The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity based in Brighton & Hove and the wider Sussex community that has been working with people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people since 1898. Our mission is to work towards being led by people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people to deliver high-quality housing, support and activities in their local communities. Introduction to the role: To provide an efficient, responsive, and sensitive housing support plus service to Grace Eyre Housing’s current and future tenants with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
Brief outline of the role: You will be part of a team responsible for the quality, proactive development, key activities, projects and development of the service working across Sussex supporting the Head of Service. You will manage the front-line Housing Service including day-to-day management of staff, tenants and resources. To manage, lead and support the front-line housing team in developing a good quality service in line with Grace Eyre values. To manage and support new referral and growth target to ensure a process to all applicants.
