Our client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy Private Client department. This diverse and fast-paced role involves handling a broad range of private client matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or be comfortable managing, the following areas of law: Estate and Care Fees Planning Wills and Will Writing Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts and Trust Administration Probate and Estate Administration Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments Charitable Trusts Deputyship While STEP qualification is desirable, it is not essential. Our client supports continuous career development and will consider candidates currently pursuing STEP qualifications.
