This is a fantastic brand new role which will appeal to an experienced commercial claims handler/technician with team leader/management experience. You will have up to 15 direct reports and be acting as a technical referral point as well as monitoring work, performance and providing training/improvement programmes to your team.
This role would suit an individual with a good all-round knowledge of most areas of commercial insurance claims including specialist areas such as marine, aviation, professional risks and covers placed within the Lloyds/London Market.
The team will be handling claims from inception through to settlement and will require a highly organised and knowledgeable leader, ideally with claims management experience gained within a commercial broking environment; saying that, we are more than happy to hear from applicants with Insurer or Loss Adjusting backgrounds.
Although partly based from their Leeds City Centre office, you will have the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis with full autonomy.
