Build relationships with key accounts through regular contact calls. The Candidate: The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have: Experience of SAP and Salesforce (ideal). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Be well organised and used to working within a busy environment. Experienced in dealing with the same customers as more of an account manager; ability to develop relationships etc. Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
