* Hourly rate of £14.48 - £18.10
* 12 Month contract based position
* Hybrid working.
* Monday to Friday- 37.5 Hours per week

The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
* Provide customer service and support using systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
* Ensure all transactions comply with standards and Service Level Agreements.
* Manage accounts and orders proactively.
* Liaise with business contacts for customer relationship management.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
* Participate in company initiatives, including training and compliance courses.
* Build relationships with key accounts through regular contact calls.
The Candidate:
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:
1. Experience of SAP and Salesforce (ideal).
2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
3. Be well organised and used to working within a busy environment.
4. Experienced in dealing with the same customers as more of an account manager; ability to develop relationships etc.
