Job summary A full-time CT Head Reporting Radiographer vacancy has become available to support our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) scans. This role involves cross-site working, reporting directly to the Lead Reporting Radiographer and Site Lead Radiographers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of CT services. They will be required to deputise for the CT Modality Leads in their absence while also overseeing HR processes, including sickness and absence reviews and staff appraisals. The role is open to 5 or 7 day working and other flexible working arrangements. Main duties of the job Provide a high-quality Radiology service as a key member of the Reporting Radiographer team. Independently complete and report CT head examinations under the guidance of a consultant radiologist and lead reporting Radiographer. Supervise and support the development of junior staff and students. Deputise for the CT Modality Lead Radiographers across sites in their absence. Actively contribute to departmental training and education, fostering professional development within the senior radiology team.
