As Inventory Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment. In your role, you will own the entire inventory lifecycle, acting as a single point of contact for our 3rd party warehouse network with responsibility for Stock Accuracy, Process Compliance and Pallet Counts. What you’ll do: Understand, develop and own the 3rd Party Processes to deliver stock accuracy and process compliance. Support the project and contract teams with warehouse briefs inline with the project scope from receipt to EOL Drive Inventory performance to support customer excellence and commercial success Identify, assess and manage risk at inventory level to either mitigate issues pre-emptively or solve issues that arise Investigate any and all stock discrepancies applying learnings to support continuous improvement Manage all systems required for the inventory including Mintsoft and Zoho etc. Lead all inventory communications for 3rd Party Locations Communicating the inventory status, milestones and risks and issues to the Brand Program Manager. Ensure the smooth closure of warehouse projects internally and externally with learnings documented and shared Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally whilst acting as an ambassador for and proactively promoting the business What you’ll need: Previous experience of inventory management in a warehouse environment A thorough understanding of warehouse management processes and systems (Mintsoft and Zoho experience preferable) Understanding of retail installations project management (desirable) The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in line with project deadlines and team goals. The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
