Parts Advisor Location: Norwich Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 pa (OTE) Job Type: Full-time, permanent Day-to-day of the role: Advise customers on all their parts needs face-to-face, online, and via telephone. Manage the order and return of parts stock with timeliness and accuracy. Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and sales volumes. Ensure workshop colleagues receive the right parts at the right time. Work Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (paid at overtime rate). Required Skills & Qualifications: Natural curiosity and inclination towards technical details. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. A valid driver’s licence is required.
