About the Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a high-performing bodyshop. From ensuring top-quality repairs to managing team performance and achieving financial targets, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of accident repair specialists, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, and support staff.
* Guarantee all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer and industry standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and customers to streamline processes.
* Monitor and achieve performance metrics, including KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency.
* Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the facility.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
About You
We're seeking a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in automotive accident repair management. You'll have the expertise, drive, and leadership skills to excel in a fast-paced environment, delivering on both operational and customer-focused goals.
