Job Description
3. Assist with Purchase Ledger tasks
4. Assist with Sales Ledger tasks
5. Help in the reconciliation of accounts, verifying discrepancies and resolving financial irregularities.
6. Work in collaboration with the finance team to ensure financial procedures are adhered to.
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Ledgers Assistant should have:
9. A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
11. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
