The role offers a base salary of £24,000 - £25,000 plus a commission package which takes the OTE to £29,000 - £30,000 Key Responsibilities: Build new business and manage existing client relationships using various communication channels. Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information. Deliver outstanding customer service and provide tailored advice to meet customer needs. Work on building long term client relationships and repeat business Manage detailed operational information effectively. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance commercial relationships with clients.What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and a strong results driven background A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong general computer skills. Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
