We have an exciting opportunity at our Hospitality site in Inchinnan, where you will have multiple responsibilities in this dual role, part Administrator and part Account Manager. Your Mission at Elis The effective management of a portfolio of accounts with a principle aim of customer retention. Analyse lost business/complaint management data and implement appropriate action. Explore cross selling opportunities where appropriate. Develop Customer Account Plans to identify and review future risks and opportunities Ensure the Company’s growth targets for the customer portfolio are achieved. Select and implement the best approach to win the growth opportunity. Act as a lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers. Understand the needs and future requirements of customers through proactive management. Understand quality standards set by the company and agreed with each customer. Retain ownership of the customer service level agreement. Forecast and track customer metrics to predict trends. Highlight opportunities and threats. Discuss outstanding debt issues with customers agreeing satisfactory outcomes for both parties. Review the commercial viability of accounts, recommending improvements or additional services. Agree price increases with customers as advised by the Company. Push for improvements, applying commercial thinking in making choices on existing and emerging customer requirements. Ensure successful deployment of new innovations and products to the market. To develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to provide first line support to both. To efficiently deal with any customer queries To provide accurate and timely data entry, manipulation and retrieval, including payroll data - using Crown system to check daily employee hours and clear all exceptions for payroll to be processed. You will provide administrative support to the Shift Managers, checking and processing holiday requests, sickness, new starters, leavers, maternity leave, etc. Raise purchase orders, credits and check/ change customer orders using Dynamics. To identify and appropriately and professionally escalate any problems / issues which need management intervention. To maintain customer and staff confidentiality and to work to company policies and procedures at all times. Other, administrative duties What will make you stand out? Demonstrable experience in sales and/or service management. Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data. Ability to organise self and others to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner. Strong collaboration & influencing skills and ability to manage stakeholders. Experience with selling “technical” products B2B with an important after sales/service process. Experience of implementing continuous improvement programmes. Driver’s license. Ambition to succeed and desire to show initiative. Ability to work under pressure. Good team player. Confident and professional telephone manor. IT literate. Payroll experience desirable but not essential. Methodical approach to work with good attention to detail. Ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimum supervision.
