We are looking for an Assistant Fulfilment Manager to help ensure our warehouse and internal processes run as smoothly as possible over peak season. The successful candidate will manage the warehouse team and work alongside the customer service, sales & operations functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse meets key shipment requirements, help the team prioritise across orders & inbound deliveries, while problem solving across multiple systems. As an Assistant Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensure on-time order fulfilment Manage overall Warehouse pipeline & capacity Manage & prioritise the customisation order pipeline to ensure embroidered products go out correctly and on time Work with the Warehouse team leader on improvement projects & stock management initiatives Ensure day to day running of the warehouse is smooth People management of Warehouse Team Problem solving in ERP & WMS systems Plan & manage the onboarding & training of temporary staff during peak, Work closely with Sales department to understand pipeline Work closely with Product department to understand inbound flow The ideal candidate will have: Experience of people management, ideally of large & varied teams Experience in a operations / warehouse roles is ideal but not required Strong communication skills Strong ability to problem solve Excel skills & system oriented High attention to detail Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment Experience using ERP & WMS management systems favourable At TBCo we have built a strong culture around our values which are: We are warm, we are responsible, we are impactful and we are design leading.
