What you will do:
1. Deliver assessments and dynamic treatment programmes tailored to complex neuro disability cases and specialist seating needs.
2. Create and contribute to comprehensive care plans that address client-specific rehabilitation journeys.
3. Establish strong connections with community agencies to support client integration and success.
4. Support and oversee our activities team, bringing about more clinically oriented and outcome-focused group protocols.
5. Provide training to therapy assistants, enhancing their skills and the effectiveness of the activities team.
6. Leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively, addressing issues proactively with a thoughtful action plan approach.
Key requirements:
HCPC registration, driving licence, and access to your own car to facilitate client visits and community link development. Your expertise in neuro disability and rehabilitation will be highly valued, along with your ability to manage and inspire a team.
