Facilities Maintenance Contracts Support : Coventry
Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Contracts Support to join their team in coventry. This is a full:time role with a salary of up to GBP26k.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the facilities management team in managing and administering maintenance contracts
* Monitor and maintain records of contract progress, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including monitoring and reporting on contractor performance
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of contracts
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that maintenance work is carried out effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Experience in facilities management, preferably in a contract support role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
