We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning Lettings Team on a part-time basis. The role includes property management, carrying out routine appointments, and daily administrative tasks. Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is essential to the role.
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out property viewings.
2. Handle tenant enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner, including property maintenance.
3. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
4. Produce high-quality inspection reports using our software to send to landlords.
5. Carry out inventory reports for new lets.
6. Administrative tasks include booking inspections and viewings.
7. Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and email.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in office administration tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
5. Confident in dealing with a range of customers such as tenants and buyers face to face.
6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
The role requires someone who can commit to 3-4 days per week. Full training will be provided, but relevant experience is welcomed. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
