The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager you will utilise years of experience delivering medium to large scale Adobe Commerce projects for a variety of enterprise level clients, ensuring all delivery activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Naturally you will have superb organisation and communication skills, working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll enjoy ownership of projects end to end, from scope and discovery phases, through budget tracking and risk management, to delivery and hand over. This role focuses on project excellence and process optimisation, so with the support of a talented and experienced team, you'll be able to bring new ideas to the table in line with our continuous improvement mindset.
Such drive for improvement will also be rewarded personally, with personal development budget available to pursue work related certifications of your choice such as Agile, Prince 2 and Scrum, in addition to us providing access to Adobe accreditations. What You'll Need to Suceed
* Years of experience as Project Manager or similar delivering Adobe Commerce / eCommerce development projects in an agency environment.
* Excel in delivering projects on time and budget ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments across the business.
* Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Sound understanding of PM tools and systems (Jira, Miro, Float, Slack)
* You'll take pride in quality delivery, whilst seeking out ways to improve, with a desire to perform in a market leading agency.
* UK based, comfortable working remotely or hybrid from our Bristol office.
