Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role involves engaging with students, developing lesson plans, and assessing student progress to ensure that all learners achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
2. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
3. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
5. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Requirements
1. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages.
4. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young people.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning.
6. Experience in using technology in the classroom is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £26.11-£27.82 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
