We are the Corporate RBC customer contact centre, operating Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 17:30, with a shift system. We offer the opportunity to work within a diverse and dynamic team and welcome applications from individuals wishing to help our residents access numerous Council services.
We are looking for an Advisor to provide residents with help, advice, and information about Council and non-Council services via telephone and email. The role includes resolving and recording customer enquiries and, where required, signposting or passing on enquiries to specialist officers. A high standard of customer service is essential for customers contacting the Council.
