About the Role:
The Specialist, Digital Experience Platforms plays an important role in supporting our digital presence and enhancing user engagement. As a key member of the Digital Experience team, you will assist in the implementation, management, and optimization of our digital platforms to ensure effective interaction across various user touchpoints. This role requires a foundational understanding of digital platforms, user experience principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to contribute to exceptional digital experiences.
How you will make an impact:
* Support the execution of digital experience initiatives across all platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with UX, design, SEO, marketing, and technology teams to assist in creating user-centered digital experiences that align with business needs.
* Monitor user behavior and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement on digital platforms.
* Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation within the digital experience framework.
* Assist in establishing best practices and standards for digital content management and user experience design.
* Provide support to team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Help coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at integrating digital experience initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
What we look for:
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* One to three (1-3) years of experience in supporting digital experience platforms or a similar role.
* Basic understanding of digital experience platforms (e.g., AEM, Target, Constructor or similar).
* Experience or interest in supporting digital transformation projects and improving user experience.
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
* Familiarity with user experience principles and best practices for digital content management.
* Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating across teams.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Basic analytical skills to evaluate data and contribute to decision-making.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
