Customer Care Team Manager
Location: Peterborough (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Permanent Contract
Salary: £29,840 - £44,760 depending on the experience you can bring

Following a period of transformation and growth, an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Care operation in Peterborough as a Team Manager on a permanent contract.
The Manager's role is to lead, engage, coach and develop your team, who will deliver an exceptional service to customers and peers alike. You'll be responsible for making your team a great place to work through inspirational and aspirational leadership, taking your team on a journey to success.
You will continuously review, develop, and improve your team and departmental processes and procedures.

What We Need From You:
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is key, we need to see evidence of people management experience. We also look for a strong awareness of operational risk management and continuous improvement.
