The Customer Demand Executive role is perfectly suited for a personable and endearing candidate to be at the forefront of customer engagement as part of their supply chain team, across the home baking channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cook up strong relationships with customers as you frequently collaborate to have a clear picture of KPI’s and customer requirements to help inform the product output.
2. Sourcing customer data and presenting findings to the team to help determine sales forecasting and product volume management.
3. Defending your findings and providing input during discussions.
4. Utilizing analytical skills, particularly in Excel, to support data-driven decisions.
