Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations of the Salisbury Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
* Ensure that patients are at the heart of everything we do addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
* Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
* Foster a culture of constant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
* Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
* Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for someone with:
* A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
* A registered nurse (NMC) qualification (renal experience is a plus but not essential).
* Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, preferably in renal care or dialysis.
* In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
* A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
