About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic NPI & ToW Manager to oversee both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) projects within our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless transition of new products from development to production while also managing the relocation or reallocation of manufacturing processes across suppliers, sites, or regions. We're looking for both the locations ie Bristol and Prestwick (Scotland).
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI):
* Lead and coordinate the end-to-end introduction of new products within the supply chain, ensuring smooth transitions from design to full-scale production.
* Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to align product requirements with supply chain capabilities.
* Establish and track key NPI milestones, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks associated with new product launches.
* Drive supplier readiness and qualification processes for new components and materials.
Transfer of Work (ToW):
* Develop and execute strategic ToW plans, ensuring minimal disruption and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with global supply chain teams to relocate production between suppliers, plants, or regions.
* Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage supplier negotiations, onboarding, and performance tracking during transition phases.
* Oversee validation, certification, and qualification activities in line with company and industry standards.
