3. Drive ingestion of compliance needs, design initiatives, and partner with program teams to launch controls.
4. Identify and lead improvement projects, eliminating excess processes, driving efficiencies, and creating predictable process controls and processes (including automated tools and systems) to support improving state of compliance, business expansion, and program efficiency.
5. Design success metrics/goals, and report out on progress, obstacles, and path to resolution to cross-functional leadership.
6. Convert team knowledge into scalable standard operating procedures, establish swim lanes across a diversifying and quickly-changing organization, and reduce complex workflows to aligned RACIs and approval mechanisms.
