Job overview
The Clinical Education Team Administrator will provide varied administrative support services to the Education Team which are responsive, professional, and high quality. The post holder will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of administrative duties for the team, including management of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and Continued Professional Development (CPD).
Main duties of the job
* The post holder will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of administrative duties for the team.
* To deliver an efficient administrative support service based on best practice.
* The administrator will assist the Education Team in continuously developing the administrative service, including developing administrative and electronic systems.

Person specification
Qualifications
* GCSE level 4 Maths and English or equivalent.
* NVQ level 3 in Business administration or equivalent.
Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to multitask.
* Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
Experience
* Experience of dealing with a wide range of people.
* Experience of working in a general administration role.
* Demonstrable experience of using spreadsheets, database packages and other computer systems.
