We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a variety of technologies, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Based in Derbyshire, this role is hands-on, with a mix of IT support, system administration, and project work.
The Job
Providing technical support and guidance to users, ensuring minimal downtime.
Managing service desk requests and ensuring efficient ticket resolution.
Maintaining computer hardware, software, and licences.
Collaborating with IT teams on key projects and system improvements.
Delivering training to help users get the most from IT solutions.
Ensuring security and compliance with IT policies.
Occasionally travelling to other sites as needed. Who are you?
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for IT.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
A team player who can also work independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft systems, IT service management tools, and ERP solutions is a plus. The Company
