As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Logistics Project Officer (Contracts and Logistics), you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence-related mission partners as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (Contracts and Logistics), you will embed at RAF Molesworth in the UK and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employees must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Prepare and submit weekly progress plans to provide visibility on ongoing activities, tasks, and objectives that includes anticipated progress for the upcoming week, including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
2. Review existing operations and propose cost savings measures.
3. Assist in the management, tracking, and maintenance of Project vehicles within the operational context.
4. Provide support to USAREUER-AF TMISS contracts management by providing augmented support to contract execution and success analysis and provide reports to the respective TPOCs.
5. Intel Systems Property Management Assistance: The Contractor shall provide assistance in Intel Systems Property Management, adhering to current operational guidelines. This includes supporting the management and tracking of property assets related to intelligence systems. The Contractor shall ensure compliance with established guidelines, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the effective utilization and maintenance of Intel systems property.
6. Cost Savings Measures Proposal: The Contractor shall review existing operations and propose cost savings measures. Through a thorough assessment of processes, workflows, and resource allocation, the Contractor shall identify areas where cost efficiencies can be achieved without compromising operational effectiveness. The proposed cost savings measures shall be presented to relevant stakeholders for evaluation and implementation.
7. Weekly Progress Plans Preparation: The Contractor shall prepare and submit weekly progress plans to provide visibility on ongoing activities, tasks, and objectives. These plans will outline the anticipated progress for the upcoming week, including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. The Contractor shall ensure timely submission of these plans to facilitate effective coordination and monitoring of project activities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
* An Active TS/SCI Clearance
* At least 7 years of experience working in a government logistics and acquisition environment.
* Experience working with DoD material acquisition and property management systems.
* Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
* Ability to track multiple independent projects
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Recent experience working with MILCON projects
* Military experience
* Training in government acquisition
* Experience in government property procurement, tracking, auditing.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
