About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team. This role sits within Marketing but closely integrated with sales, working directly with our Off Trade customers to create and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement innovative campaigns that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.
2. Manage the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget and timeline constraints.
3. Create engaging point-of-sale materials and promotional displays that enhance brand visibility and encourage purchase.
4. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal design team to ensure timely delivery of artwork and marketing materials.
5. Manage Tradeshow events by coordinating the stand execution, stock and POS to enhance BrewDog’s presence.
6. Work with our Trade Press agency on a full year Trade Media plan to drive BrewDog awareness and distribution with independent Retailers.
About You
1. Team Player: Collaboration is key.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6. Retail Knowledge: Good understanding of the retail environment and shopper behaviour.
7. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, desired but not required.
8. Experience: 1-3 years experience in Shopper Marketing/Brand Role within FMCG.
