Job role: Paint Sprayer
Location: Pershore
Salary: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Duties:
* Prepare and spray various materials and surfaces to a high standard.
* Mix paint and other coatings to achieve required colours and finishes.
* Ensure smooth, even application with minimal overspray.
* Inspect surfaces before and after spraying to ensure quality.
* Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
* Good knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment.
* Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
