Manage clinicians within multi-disciplinary and matrix teams to achieve and deliver clinical outcomes, in line with business needs, WFHP Policies and healthcare guidance. Directly manage the operation of the site in the absence of the Site Manager, including all non-clinical employees, site workflow and organisation, ensuring a safe, efficient and effective operation. Management and Leadership - Support the Site Manager in managing the Employee Lifecycle as required or delegated by the site manager. Including, where appropriate, employee appraisals or sickness absence meetings. Commerciality - Assist the site manager in delivering site finances, monitor and manage direct costs and understand site finances and business next steps. Work with the site manager to identify cost savings and revenue growth. Patient Services - Collaborate with the site manager to deliver effective, efficient patient care. Handle patient complaints effectively, seeking resolution and maintaining patient satisfaction.
