Job Description
ODIN Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Support Desk Co-ordinator for a permanent position based in Runcorn.
As a Support Desk Co-Ordinator, this position reports to the support desk manager and is responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers, including the efficient use of logistical and field engineer resources.
The Support Desk Co-ordinator is also responsible for maintaining customer awareness and progress of nominated incidents. The support desk Co-ordinator must be highly organized to manage their workload, have experience in a similar role, and be flexible in their approach to existing working processes.
Experience in an IT environment would be beneficial for this role, but not essential.
Our client works with the following technologies: WIFI, CCTV, Tablet, People traffic cameras, EPOS, Network Cabling, AV, and EAS/RFiD.

Salary - £26,500 DOE
