THE ROLE The post holder will need to ensure that the delivery is focused on quality, effective, efficient, and economic services. The post will involve interaction with customers, and the flexibility to support the catering team in delivering an efficient, customer-focused, front-facing catering service. REQUIREMENTS You will need to hold: Good level of general education including written and numeracy skills Food Hygiene Level 2. NVQ 1, 2 and 3 or similar in a related discipline. Previous experience of working in busy catering environment. Experience of planning day-to-day delivery of service and to take ownership and control of a situation and area and the ability to maintain tight deadlines.
