Oncology Associate Clinical Operations Asset Lead, Associate Director

We are looking for an Associate Clinical Operations Asset Lead to join our Oncology Global Clinical Delivery team. This role will have dual accountability:
* To be the single clinical operations point of contact for our partnership with external collaborative groups in support of our gyn-onc assets.
* To support the Sr Clin Ops Asset Lead on the operational delivery of one of our priority assets. The Sr COAL position represents all Clinical Operations functions at the asset level, and as aCOAL you will have oversight and responsibility for specific delivery-focused objectives. You will partner with clinical development, biostatistics, clinical supplies, regulatory and functional subject matter experts to ensure informed asset decision-making from operational, scientific, and data perspectives.
This is a full-time, office-based position which adheres to GSK's Performance with Choice Expectations (2-3 days per week in office).
Job Purpose
With oversight from the project-aligned COAL, you will:
* Oversee delivery and data quality of studies you are aligned to.
* Contribute as appropriate to the asset level Clinical Development Plan.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and acceleration of delivery.
* Support cross-project standardization and efficiency efforts.
* Contribute to development of delivery scenarios to support governance decisions.
* Contribute to asset level risk mitigation plans for relevant delivery or quality issues.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Bachelor's degree in general science or Life/Health related Science Degree.
* Significant global study leadership experience.
* Oncology Phase 3 trial execution experience.
* Several years of global oncology matrix leadership experience.
* Demonstrated experience or ability to partner with external alliances, collaborative groups and/or site networks.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
* Significant global oncology operations experience.
* Gynecologic oncology clinical trial experience.
* Some above study (project level) leadership experience.
* Experience working independently with senior stakeholders.
* Strong financial acumen and experience reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements.
