Do you have business development experience with knowledge of healthcare, commissioning and contracting? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the Partnership Development and Referrals Manager covering the South and Southwest of England. As a Partnership Development and Referrals Manager, you will be responsible for forming and maintaining effective relationships with the services and a number of commissioning bodies, including the NHS, local authorities and independent case management, which will see you generate new business and referrals at your allocated sites. You will be the go-to person for all enquiries and referrals for your services. Working alongside the Operational Service Director and Finance team, you will record admissions and discharges on the electronic record system as well as any changes of fee and observations. You will be responsible for developing information to promote the services and celebrate their initiatives and clinical outcomes. You will feed all activity and reports back to the Business Development Director, this includes referrals, conversions, marketing activity, strategic planning ideas and site data. You’ll be a part of a small team of Partnership Development and Referrals Manager and will be required to provide support and cover during periods of annual leave or absence. This role involves working from home with occasional travel to Elysium services across Acute, PICU and London services. You will need a full and clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle. As a Partnership Development and Referrals Manager, you will be: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with ICBs, NHS Trusts, Provider Collaboratives, Local Authorities and other relevant stakeholders to identify areas of unmet needs and generate enquiries and referrals. Communicating with all customers effectively via several different channels including face to face, telephone, e-campaigns and social media Alerting referrers, bed hubs, and bed managers of current and future bed availability. Achieving budgeted occupancy across all South and Southwest sites Understanding areas of unmet needs Developing of services and new business opportunities for South and Southwest sites Working closely with internal triage team and wards to ensure conversion Logging all relevant information on Hubspot, the company CRM system Attending and contribute to team meetings and generate minutes/action notes. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
