What is the opportunity?
To join as an Analyst within the investment banking, Transportation and Logistics team in London. You will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.
What will you do?
* Assisting in the execution of mandated deals
* Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
* Gathering public information through numerous sources
* Creating financial model analyses
* Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis
* Drafting marketing documents for clients
* Producing and maintaining various databases
* General research
* Provide support to other transaction teams as required.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
* Analyst level at an Investment Bank or Corporate Finance / Valuation teams at Big Four / other accounting firms
* Preferably ACA / CFA qualified
* Strong analytical skills (financial modelling)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
* Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
* Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
* An additional European language/would be an advantage (but not required)
