As a Jacobs Operational Admin Officer you will you will be responsible for processing cases quickly and efficiently in accordance with client guidelines and procedures. This includes: Completing searches on our system and Companies House Completing daily and weekly quality checks on cases Answering telephone and web queries from Clients and dealing with their requests promptly, maintaining exemplary knowledge of our client requirements Processing a variety of admin tasks Dealing with daily admin tasks for clients including report running Liaising with third parties such as local authorities and Samaritans regarding vulnerable cases and providing advice to other departments with vulnerable cases.
