Product Manager (Digital CX)

£40K A growing UK-based consumer brand is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help shape and improve their digital customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone whos been close to digital product workwhether as a Product Owner, Junior PM, UXer, or similarand is ready to step into a more autonomous role.
Youll be the bridge between customers, internal teams, and developerstranslating real-world feedback into digital improvements that make everyday user interactions smoother and more enjoyable.
What youll be doing: Talking to users and teams to understand how digital tools are working (or not) Shaping clear, actionable product ideas from customer insight and data Working with developers, UX and QA to deliver digital features and improvements Contributing ideas for digital growth and innovation across the platform
What I'm looking for: Experience working alongside development and UX teams Ability to turn feedback and insight into practical product decisions Data-aware, user-first mindset Based within commuting distance of Leeds (3 days per week in office)
