Salary Range: B-C £11.59 - £12.18, pay award pending Hours: 37 hours, term time + six occasional days (dates to be mutually agreed). Full and part time considered. This is a great opportunity for a practical minded, hands-on and enthusiastic candidate to join a fantastically well-resourced and successful department as a Construction/D&T Technician. Alongside the other D&T Technicians, you will be responsible for providing technical support to both teaching staff and pupils through the preparation and maintenance of tools and materials. This currently includes carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling and bricklaying, as well as supporting pupils' construction lessons. We are looking for a team player with the ability to be flexible to department requests for support and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work in this busy role. The ideal candidate will love encouraging, motivating and inspiring young people to achieve their best.
