You need to ideally have a strong following of clients and instructions, or be prepared to build up the pipeline of instructions which will be supported by the firm's deep network and long-standing relationships with clients across the UK. In this role, you will be a key player in a strategic growth plan, shaping the future direction of the Agency team in Bristol.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-level office, and industrial agency and investment advice to some of the most significant institutional property owners in the region.
This team is already renowned for handling some of the best local instructions in Bristol, and you will be expected to contribute to the continued success of this growing and promising department.
In this role, you will manage and execute acquisitions and disposals across the South West region with a focus on Bristol while also identifying business development opportunities to expand the firm's client base. You will collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth and secure long-term client loyalty.
Additionally, you will provide valuable market insights to the team, clients, and partners, contributing to the strategic direction of the office agency team and promoting new business initiatives.
Responsibilities
You will be executing acquisitions and disposals for both owners and occupiers within your geographic region, working closely with clients and the team to identify new opportunities.
Your role will involve delivering regular and insightful market updates to both clients and internal teams.
You will also work collaboratively across departments to enhance revenue streams and build strong, lasting client relationships. Your ability to generate new business and promote high-level office agency deals will be key to your success in this role.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will be a Member of RICS with at least 10+ years PQE.
You will have proven office or industrial agency experience at a senior level, along with a leadership mentality and a drive to succeed.
The ability to demonstrate a business-winning mindset and a high level of commercial awareness is essential. We are looking for someone with a tenacious and innovative approach, combined with excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills. Being astute and market-aware will allow you to thrive in this fast-paced, competitive environment.
