This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. They will analyse customer data to develop solutions for their needs and provide exceptional customer support. This role will be primarily located in Reading, but there is some flexibility for working remotely. Qualifications/Experience • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Account Management skills • Analytical Skills to analyse customer data and develop solutions for their needs • Customer Support skills to provide exceptional customer service • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or related field in the automotive industry is a plus Duties • Contacting and building relationships with all existing customers • Maintaining customer retention • Lead generation with new products to existing customers • Upselling current products and services to existing customers • Maintain the CRM and ensuring information is up to date • General sales admin
