A fantastic school in Dudley is looking for Special Needs Teaching Assistants! The school caters to pupils across all key stages who have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The post requires an experienced individual who can work as part of a team and is child-centred in their approach.

The post is for 5 days a week, starting in September on a long-term basis. It is a very rewarding position, ideal for teaching assistants with SEND experience or those who have supported pupils with behavioural difficulties. The school has a strong track record of providing the right support, training, and guidance for staff to equip them with the tools needed to be the best possible teaching assistants.
The successful applicant will need:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* To be conscientious, enthusiastic, and positive
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible approach to teaching
