Location: Glasgow City Centre Salary – Up to £32k Temporary / Part-Time – 3 days About the Role Our client are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial processes and bookkeeping Process invoices and handle payroll data (Sage 50) Prepare monthly management reports and year-end accounts Reconcile credit cards, expenses, and project disbursements Manage online payments and credit control Ensure compliance with financial approvals and internal controls Support colleagues, clients, and suppliers with finance queries Assist with general administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Essential: Strong Microsoft Excel & Office 365 skills Solid knowledge of finance admin & bookkeeping principles High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Desirable: Experience with Sage 50 (Accounting & Payroll) Qualified Familiarity project management software Experience in construction
