Job summary The SMI Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the severe mental illness team. This role ensures that the mental health services provided are efficient, high-quality, and compliant with all regulations and policies. The administrator will ensure the smooth operation of all administrative aspects of the facility. You will also play a crucial role in reaching out to patients who may struggle with engagement and target vulnerable and hard-to-reach patients.
