The Role:
As an Operations Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team to exceed service level agreements, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. Working in an omnichannel environment, you will play a key role in ensuring first-class customer journeys for policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training, coaching, and leading a high-performing team
* Handling escalated customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Driving continuous improvement and contributing innovative ideas
* Conducting regular one-to-one performance reviews and coaching sessions
* Monitoring and developing key performance indicators
* Resource management and mentoring team members
* Collaborating with other business areas to achieve company objectives
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisation and time management abilities
* A proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach
* Ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative
* Previous experience in insurance is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with leadership experience in sales or customer service
