As a full-time Senior Social Worker, you will be delivering vital support across community teams in Mid, North East, South, or West Essex, excluding Southend and Thurrock, and collaborating with the Essex Drug and Alcohol Partnership a minimum of one day a week. Your role revolves around fostering an integrated service addressing both substance misuse and mental health issues, working closely with Crisis teams, Community Mental Health Services, Criminal Justice, and multiple agencies.
