About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will support our Account Managers and Head of Client Services in managing our key client accounts. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, helping to deliver projects on time and in-line with client expectations. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent communication with clients and identifying opportunities for growth within our accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic account planning while assisting in day-to-day project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationships: You will assist the Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships and be a key point of contact for day-to-day communications. You’ll address client queries and escalate any issues when needed.
* Project Coordination: You’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Following up on tasks, timelines, and deliverables will be part of your daily routine.
* Reporting: You will prepare and present reports on project statuses, client meetings, and other key metrics, helping to shape our future strategies.
* Growth Opportunities: Working with Account Managers, you will help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations for additional services.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote working and typically 2 days per week in the London office.
About You
You are an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring that projects run smoothly and client expectations are exceeded. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Key Skills:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable Experience:
* Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service roles.
* Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided.
* Knowledge of the UK Armed Forces or UK Government sectors would be beneficial, but again, not essential.
